Calendar Ordering Information
The price of the 2009 Moose-a-Month Calendar is $12.50. Shipping and
handling (which means the envelope, really, and the licking of the stamps)
is $2.50 within the United States, $3.00 to Canada, $5.50 to Mexico,
and $7.50 outside North America.
For multiple calendars sent to the same address, we'll
pick up the extra shipping cost.

payable to P. Martin Beck, for US$12.50 for each calendar,
plus $2.50 per shipping address ($3.00 to Canada,
